The sheer size of him was hard to wrap my head around though, the dude was 10ft (3m) tall, his battering ram was eye-level with Janice. Khent (MMC) was adorkable! I'd let him lecture me on the dangers of unplugging a computer any day. There was even an illustration half-way as a tasty treat 😏. The connection between the two MC's was there, even if it was horniness for a good two-thirds of the book. Suffice to say, this was nothing like the first. However my friends had good things to say about this and I can see why. This was surprisingly good! I started the series with the first book, though I wished I hadn't because that almost put me off this. When I read that above quote in the book, I definitely snort-laughed.
